Supreme Funk

So I just stumbled onto this image that got a Daily Deviation over on deviantART...
The artist is Chris Whitaker; FunkyBunnies on DA and SupremeFunk on Youtube.


Which is adorable as it is, but they put a timelapse on youtube of it being done and WOW. That is impressive stuff! I wanna give it a go!!

I find that amazing how it's a sculpt, and he's obviously very talented 'cause he makes it looks easy as hell...

Anyway, so I delved into his DA gallery, and here's another...

That is just STUNNING. Look at that body! It's just fascinating! I'm in love lol.
I would love to know if this programme is free somewhere *cough* just to give it a try...isn't it amazing?

I would probably be awful at it because I was never good with clay or anything 3D...but I just really want to give it a try.
Even if I only ever make one great body, atleast I could use it as reference and bend it around for poses and things...

Anyway, I need to go, so I'll probably stalk this guy's gallery a bit more later...wow.

Wow, I just stumbled on this artist's deviantART account, and then found they do speed videos on YouTube. Oh my god!

His name is Marcello Barenghi and he's from Italy.

This was the first image I found, and then watched the video;

Then I found this one's video and WOW...how does he do that?!!

And here are a few others that blew me away.

It makes me feel bad for ignoring my pencils for so long, but I was never good enough at colour theory to do something like this...it's stunning! Maybe one day when I'm sick of digital art enough to lock myself away and 'draw'...*sigh* lol <3
